Custom-Sized Labels
Need an unusual size label? Custom sized labels don't always need a setup charge! Labels without rounded corners (known as a butt-cut label) can be made nearly any size you want them, so you don't have to wonder if we have a standard size with the dimensions you need. Because they butt-up against each other, there is one restriction, bleeds are not available except by custom quote.
- Rectangles or squares with “no space” between labels
- Bleeds are not available: leave 1/16″ unprinted area on all sides
- 10 standard ink colors at no extra charge
- Bleeds are NOT available on these butt-cut labels
(ink printing off the label edges)
- No extra charge for curved type, borders or reversed print
- Non-standard inks colors or screens are $12.00 each
- PMS color matches are $30.00
- Standard metallic & fluorescent inks are $40.00
