Presentation Folder Sizes

A standard-sized presentation folder (also known as a pocket folder) measures 9″ x 12″ (slightly larger than a letterhead). Smaller mini-folders are also priced below, as well as oversized presentation folders made to fit legal sized insets. Many other Sizes and shapes not listed on this website are available by custom quote. We can also make a custom-sized presentation folder any size that you need, with whatever paper and printing specifications you need.

Quantity Adjustments These presentation folders are custom made, and thus subject to over-runs / under-runs: Standard Over-run - The final quantities shipped will typically include a 10% over-run, which will need to be paid at the time of placing the order. The final quantity shipped will not exceed 10% over or under the quantity you have ordered, and any payment adjustment will be made on the final quantity shipped. No Overs If requesting no overs, it is possible your order could run short by more than 10%, and the shortage will not be prorated (not to exceed 20%) Exact Quantity (or No Less Than) Add 10% to the price of your order for the special handling involved.
